La panca pesi Super Bench del famoso produttore Ironmaster è nota da lungo tempo negli Stati Uniti. La panca molto robusta e regolabile su 11 posizioni è versatile. Die Ironmaster Hantelbank macht einen rundum soliden Eindruck, da wackelt nichts. Das innovative Konzept von Ironmaster finde ich überzeugend. Insgesamt eine tolle Bank, sehr wertig aussehend, schnell aufgebaut und sehr gut verpackt angeliefert.

A small amount of assembly i\'d required before the bench can be used - two adjustable spanners and a small socket set did the trick. The bench: The bench is sturdy, well built, stable and very high quality - this bench makes my previous bench (a Kettler bench with built in bar support) look very shoddy in comparison. The height of the bench is a reasonable compromise as although ones feet cannot reach the floor when doing bench press exercises (where the bench is fully horizontal), the bench has to be sufficiently high to accommodate the leg extension attachment - to overcome the height issue for bench presses, I use the bench at an angle. The attachments (dip, curl/crunch, leg extension and chin up): The attachments are all very sturdy, we\'ll built and very high quality. Although I find the chin up attachment to be ver good, as it eliminates the necessity of having to attach pull up bars to door frames, shorter people (< 1.7m) will need some form of stool to reach the bar as the adjustments seem to make the chin up usable by people of average height or taller.... Die Bank ist im Shop ausgezeichnet beschrieben und ist mit dem angebotenten Zubehör vielseitig nutzbar. Die Lieferung erfolgt in zwei Paketen, die bei mir separat an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen ankamen. Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach und alleine problemlos in wenigen Minuten zu bewältigen. Im Training macht sich die angenehme Polsterung bemerkbar. Die Bank lässt sich einfach verstellen und ist in allen Positionen sehr stabil. Für ein vollständiges Workout würde ich empfehlen, die Crunch/Situp Erweiterung mitzubestellen.... [continua a leggere]

Die Bank ist stabil, bietet optimale Verstellmöglichkeiten und ist gut verarbeitet. Wenn sie nicht benötigt wird, kann sie platzsparend durch einfaches Entfernen des Sitzes aufbewahrt werden.

Die ideale Hantelbank.

Die Hantelbank von Ironmaster kam kurzfristig in 2 Paketen (allerdings an 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen). Machte schon beim Auspacken einen sehr guten Eindruck (gut verpackt und ziemlich schwer). Das Aufbauen dauert keine 5 Minuten. Die Bank ist äußerst stabil (kräftige Stahlprofile, mit massiven Schweißnähten bzw. Schrauben verbunden), lässt sich perfekt verstellen (der Fußhebel ist ideal) und ist vielfältig einsetzbar (11 Neigungen einstellbar, Sitz ist dreifach höhenverstellbar). Wackelt nicht, präzise gearbeitet. Kurzum: besser gehts nicht. Kleines, schickes Extra: der aus Alu gefräste Schriftzug, den man selbst anbringen kann (rückseitig Klebetape). Die Bank kann ich nur empfehlen - gibt es im Fitnessclub nicht besser. Bei uns im Einsatz als Hantelbank und für eine Kabelzugstation.... [continua a leggere]
