The team begins its training in a moderate pace and conquers two ascents, which each racing cyclists drives in its own pace according to its individual training targets. The Volterra (531m) and the Sassa (366 m) are two parts with a wonderful landscape which are optimal for interval training sequences. The Tacx Real Life DVD "Training with Lampre NGC - Italy" is a middle difficult course (distance of 70 km). It offers an extremely realistic simulation without the disadvantages of driving outside (rain, heat, coldness).
